Return Policy

We want every customer to be a satisfied customer and work very hard to ensure that the merchandise we sell is of the highest quality and free of defects. If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return or exchange your item(s) for a refund within 7 days from when your order was delivered. To start a return, please email us at support@seven-deadly-fins.com with your order number, full name, and the reason for the return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Seven Deadly Fins inspects every return and has the right reject return requests that do not meet our standards. Shipping costs back to Seven Deadly Fins is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item was damaged during shipment, Seven Deadly Fins will assist you by filing a claim with the courier responsible for damaging your product. We will coordinate the claim filing process, but you must work with us in this regard by providing the proper information to us and possibly to the courier. The courier will reserve the right to inspect your packaging before allowing us to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we will reship your items.

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on final sale items.
